Date Night!!! Favorite Time of Each Month Is DATE NIGHT With The Coolest Boy I Know!
Fishing Time

My Boy!!! I love fishing with him! Some of our Greatest Memories are out on the lake or the river! We love outdoors and we love the days we get to spend time with each other!

Just Some Quotes and Verses!

“I think it's an honor to be a role model to one person or maybe more than that. If you are given a chance to be a role model, I think you should always take it because you can influence a person's life in a positive light, and that's what I want to do. That's what it's all about.”

"Let the world know you as you are, not as you think you should be, because sooner or later, if you are posing, you will forget the pose, and then where are you?"

"Having a role model in life is a great thing to have; one who provides us with direction and inspiration. However, we will forever be restricted by that person's limitations if we live within their boundaries. Be influenced, but set your own standards and develop your own principals, if you are ever to live beyond someone else's dreams."

“For I know the plans I have for you,” says the Lord. “They are plans for good and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope.” Jeremiah 29:11

Be strong! Be courageous! Do not be afraid of them! For the Lord your God will be with you. He will neither fail you nor forsake you. Deuteronomy 31: 6

In everything you do , put God first, and He will direct you and crown your efforts with success. Proverbs 3: 5-6

Don’t just pretend that you love others: really love them. Hate what is wrong. Stand on the side of the good. Love each other with brotherly affection and take delight in honoring each other. Romans 12: 9-10

If you love someone, you will be loyal to him no matter what the cost. You will always believe in him, always expect the best of him, and always stand your ground in defending him. 1 Corinthians 13: 7

Most important of all, continue to show deep love for each other, for love makes up for many of your faults. 1 Peter 4: 8

“I am leaving you with a gift -- peace of mind and heart! And the peace I give isn’t fragile like the peace the worlds gives. So don’t be troubled or afraid.” John 14: 27

Life In The R. Home

Well as you know, Sean and I moved 4 hours away from our families about two years ago for him to attend Pharmacy school.. We got married on July of 2008, bought a house, bought a Bloodhound and moved all of our belongings to this very small town that made me want to cry! The first night we were here and we went to Taco Bell at 9:50 and they were about to close I about broke down and cried. Who has a Taco Bell and closes it at 10PM?? This was a sign to me that we COULD NOT move here!

The first year, well lets just say that "hard" is an understatement. I never knew how much I depended on my Mom and so many others! I didn't realize how much I needed my family in my everyday life! The summer after we moved here, I was pretty sad.. I missed my family, my parents, my nieces, my friends. I had no time to drive 4 hours home due to summer school and work. But, through all of this, it made Sean and I so strong because I had to totally depend and trust him, I had no one else to turn to so that made me totally trust Sean!

So, now we have lived in this small town for two years. We have lived in our very cute house (which we are remodeling) for two years in July, we have had this awesome Bloodhound (Harlie) for two years, and we have adopted the sweetest beagle ever! We sold our car and truck, and purchased a newer and nicer truck. We are involved in a great church, and I teach children's church to the best group of 5-6 year olds ever! Sean and I love each other more than ever and I have great respect for the man he has become! We totally trust and depend on each other and I can honestly say that moving away from our families has been so good for us...

This summer we are both happy to have a break from school. I have a few weeks off before summer school starts. I am working full time at the college and Sean is working a lot also! We are saving up money to pay for Pharmacy School! We have been working really hard on our house, and it is looking awesome! I start Student Teaching in August and I can honestly say I have never been this Excited/Nervous about anything! I am going to do a split, which means I will student teach in Pre-k half of the time and 1st Grade the other half! We wish we could make it home more, but with work it just doesn't happen.. I can honestly say I have grown to love Weatherford, now with that being said I do not want to live here after Pharmacy school but I do really enjoy the town!! I love the people I have met, the friends are amazing and the people I work with and for are the best!

Soooo... I have decided to blog some of the things that happen in the Roye family!
